CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL cancellations must be in writing.
Greater than 45 days from the course: The course fees minus the $500.00 non-refundable deposit will be refunded. The $500.00 non-refundable deposit may be used towards registration for a future course, good for up to one year from the canceled course.
Less than 45 days from the course: No refunds can be accommodated. A 500.00 late cancellation fee will be assessed. The remaining monies (course fees minus the $500 cancellation fee) may be applied to a future course within one year.
The Resnik Implant Institute reserves the right to cancel or modify a course without prior notice. Changes in programs may be subject to a rate increase.
The Resnik Implant Institute reserves the right to refuse registration and maintains the ability to cancel and/or modify the conference without prior notice.
All travel costs are paid for by you, the course attendee. The Resnik Implant Institute is not responsible for reimbursing any prepaid, non-modifiable, or non-refundable travel expenses.
It is recommended that you, the attendee secure travel arrangements for the training course that is refundable or modifiable in the eventuality that there is a date change, modification, or cancellation of the course.
